The boy that had the Dodge lives about 20mins from me. I know him pretty good. I love watching that video. That dodge was a stock turbo'd truck with injectors, and a box. It sure ran good. He has sold it and bought a 3rd gen now, but wishes he had kept it.

I don't think anyone had enough power to break anything.

Didnt do him a bit of good though. The Ford was in 2wd the first time. The 2nd time he was in 4wd, and still got yanked pretty good. As for saying they didnt have the power to break parts.... I hope you were ONLY talking about the ford. That dodge ran GOOD for a stock turbo'd truck.

I thought that a Dodge would pull either a F**d or a Duramax stock for stock... and I thought you'd only break stuff if you're sled-pulling or drag racing.

Ehhh. Pulling like that(back to back is only about traction(weight). The truck with the most weight(or best tires if ur in grass) will usually win. As for breaking stuff. You can brake stuff doing anything with your truck if you are running it hard. Pulling, racing, hooking back to back, whatever.... Sometimes you break sometimes you dont.

A good "hook" competition always makes me scream like a little school girl!

Was the Dodge an automatic or stick? It sounded like a stick to me.

Was there any extra weight in the back of the Dodge?

I don't mean to be so suspicious, but the victory looked really lopsided.

If everything was equal then I suppose the Dodge driver was an expierienced ............. "hooker"
