75W-90 Castrol Syntorque Synthetic
Mopar Manual Transmission Lubricant (PN 4637579)
GM Transmission oil (PN 12346191)
Those are the only "recommended" fluids, but I know that there are others. I think Redline, Amsoil, and a couple other brands offer synthetic fluid for the nv4500. Others will chime in shortly with some more.

If I remember correctly it has to be "GL-4" rated, something about the synchros not liking GL-5(?)
I use Redline MT-90
I think Amsoil is GL-5
at the time Redline was cheaper than the Mopar or GM listed above.

Royal Purple is also GL-4 and 5 rated. I have used it in my transmission, but put in my drive lines. I used the Dodge OEM fluid; which was expensive, $15 dollars a quart. Good luck.
