Ha! I just saw that station today. So is the price $.02 cents cheaper than advertised on the sign? Where is the cheapest fuel in the area? I fill in Salem at various pumps.

As for the people parking in the pumping area; can you just park in front of them and box them in somehow? Make them wait for a change and see if they park there again.

There's actually a seperate sign for the pumps out back, and yes it's always $.02 cheaper.

AFAIK, that's the cheapest in Vancouver... don't know about Portland though.

Well, I fuel with a TT sometimes and need to use the inside pumps coming from the direction I come in. When I can't use the forward pump it blocks up the whole darn thing for anyone getting around. Then you have to back part way around the corner to get out if they have not left yet. The nitwits can't use the parking lot like they are supposed to. The station doesn't like it either. Just plain rude if ya ask me.
You should go to the one up on Hiway 99 in salmon creek. Theres 1 pump with a nozzle on each side and its a PITA spot for large trucks, and theres always a Jack@ss in a gasser fillin up there, sometimes I wanna just ram their d@mn cars outta the way!! It gets very old waiting for morons in gasser to get the hell outta the way!

I think dssimecek is mistaken about the #1.

You would be surprised how may people think #1 is premium grade diesel.
In Montana most stations give you a choice of #1, #2, 50/50 blend and red all at the same pump year round. I've met up with several people filling up with #1 in the warm part of the year thinking it's better fuel. One guy even said he had been running straight #1 for several years thinking it was the better grade.
