Stress cracking ? That is 1/8" aluminum plate. 4 inches wide. The head and filter full of fuel weigh 3-4 pounds. I'm not too worried about stress cracking. If I do see a crack, I'll report it.
Thats my point its only 1/8 with 3-4lbs hanging off of it and with the viberation of the engine..oh well whats the use, you said that you'd report it.

has anyone looked at the dahl 100 or 150 i dont believe thier is any better water fuel filter out thier and many have just removed the factory unit when using the heated unit flow for the 100 is 65 gallons per hour and the 150 is much more
