My little brother is really wanting to get a Dodge CTD. Especially now that I have one. He's looking for basically anything that has less than 100,000 miles, is priced less than $18,000 and has 4 wheel drive. It can be a 2nd gen 12 valve or 24 valve or (this is stretching it) a 3rd gen. He does have a kid so he'd like to stay away from regular cabs. If you guys know of any around the Cheyenne or Green River, WY area let me know.
