Ditto that - just so long as the rest of the truck held together. I wonder how much that monster motor weighs?

Where's all the chrome?

Toyota can't compete with Chevy and Ford without more chrome?

Have a good one!

I have to say that I still think the Tundra looks like I thought it'd grow on me but it hasn't. The satin grey paint is cool though.

I can see them using a destroked version of this Hino if it fits lengthwise. Drop it down to a 6.5L or 7L and give it a little more room for the redline.

Been saying for years that if Toyota made a diesel truck, I'd line right up and buy one.
Hino makes a most excellent diesel engine.

It don't look too bad,,,,,,,, but I think I'll stick with the Ram for now.

That has to be the uglyest truck I've ever seen. Everything on it is ugly. Nothing about that truck says tough truck. A motor that big should make more power than that. It will be jus like a old ford with a 7.3 in it. U get in a feed lot to load cows an you end up stuck if you've got to stop and go a lot in the mud because all your weight is up front. And the allison 5spd?? If it were an auto 5spd then yea but not a allison manuel. Jus my opinion but I've never really liked toyota's either Definantly wouldn't buy one.
