Its used extensively in aircraft engines,so I cant see it harming your cummins.

There was a poll at the TDR website a few years ago where many people voted that they had gauge problems with MMO. I'm no longer a member there so can't point you to it.

As for MMO in aircraft, I know it used to be very popular but thought that it is no longer approved by the FFA because of the company's failure to disclose all of the ingredients. Guess if they did it would no longer be a mystery.

Well I have been using PS/MMO mix in every tank for 61,000 miles and two and a half years without any fuel gauge, fuel pressure gauge or rail pressure gauge problems.

Marvel Mystery Oil is an excellent lubricant. That's what it's for. Note the third word in the name. Follow the instructions on the bottle and it will serve you well. It is not a cetane booster or an anti-gel additive, but it does clean your injectors, improve fuel economy a small amount and make the pumps last longer.
