For all you newbies.

BOMB means thus: Better Off Modified, Baby!!

To BOMB means just add stuff to make it bigger, stronger, faster.

To BOMB also makes the wallet thinner and lighter.

Exhaust maybe? I basically have no muffler to catch any of the soot. I guess that could make a difference. I noticed no difference whatsoever in anything when I put the boost elbow on. I'm not even sure it does anything. However, with the EZ my truck makes a decent amount of smoke pretty easily. It does it most at low RPM's when I put the hammer down and also at very high RPM's when I'm really gettin' it.

Hoss do you have any other mods on your truck other than the EZ? I have an EZ, big EDM's EEP Scwitzer and I have smoke but it is hardly a decent amount. Although add a timing box and they better turn on the headlights.

Digger, what's your fuel pressure at? With those kinds of mods, you should be putting out a very nice amount of smoke.

I'm sure there is a way to make a CTD smoke like this. I was in Indy last year and a 2nd gen with stacks fogged out the whole highway, but never pulled away from me. It seemed that he was actually slowing down! I don't know why anyone would want smoke without performance, but I'm sure there is a way to do it.

Generally speaking, I'd rather mine didnt smoke. I think the only time I've ever really wanted it to has been when I've seen another TDR or NWBomber member on the highway. More of our own personal wave..............

I have the EZ with boost elbow and a 4" DPPI exhaust. That's it. Don't misunderstand me...it's not like I'm driving a coal burning steam engine around. Under normal driving conditions it smokes very little...if at all. But...if I WANT it to smoke it's not hard at all to make it do it. If I unhook the EZ it won't hardly smoke even if I really try...so I'm pretty sure the EZ is the difference (even though the EZ says it won't make your truck smoke).
