I don't like to run the tank much below 1/4 if I don't have to. If I do run it down that low, I might crack 470. MIGHT. For some reason, after 1/4, the gauge drops really fast.

the gauge drops faster and faster from full to empty...

I go about as long as I can before filling up.

I have sworn by this Lucas fuel treatment for the last 2 years. I started seeing a little difference with the PowerService but not anything signigicant. In town cruising at 50 mph my overhead computer reads anywhere from 25-30 mpg.(NO JOKE) On the Highway cruising at 70-75 the overhead reads from 23-27 MPG. And by all means this is the truth as my tank usually hits 1/4 of a tank at 450-550 miles depending on my foot. If it were not for the Lucas I swear more people would have to replace more lift pumps, injection pumps, and definitely get worse "gas" mileage. Anyway you guys need to purchase some from either buylucasoil.com or from your local Flying J. I buy it by the gallon for like $23 bucks with tax. Have a wonderful day everyone. Aaron

I bought one of the 2.5 oz single-dose bottles to use as a measuring device.
I refill it from a gallon jug.

According to www.lucasoil.com:

5.25oz for approx 20 gallons of fuel.
(I refill at approx 1/2 tank so I use 1 - 2.5 oz per refill and I also used to add Howes during the winter months, now switched to ~ 6oz Stanadyne PF year 'round)

1qt for ~ 100 gallons

1 gallon for ~ 400 gallons
