Talking lets talk about STICKER SHOCK

went out to get a bite to eat this weekend and stopped at the local ford dealership next to the resturant
they have a new 08 twin turbo powerstroke sitting out front and it it a really good looking truck
went and looked at the sticker and WOW. did i say WOW
58,000
i went on to get my food and got to thinking about it and went back buy just to make sure i read the sticker right and i had
now it was a king ranch but still it was a short wheel base with single axle
what will a dulley long bed cost? 60k
i am sure the payments would be close to 1000 a month on something like this
who is going to be able to afford this not the common working man
one guy at work has been wanting to buy my 03 but he has not came up to my price
when i get to work tomorrow i am going to tell him my price just went up

Dealer here has an 08 F-350 King Ranch cc dually. I didn't look at the sticker price but they had a tag hanging from the rear view mirror that said 49,450. Ouch...I'm glad I only paid 34k for my dually. I can't believe that thing could be worth 16k more than mine...crazy!

In Norway that truk will cost around $ 120 000 if you take out the rear seat, and register it as a 3 seater.
If you wanna have 6 seats it will cost atleast $ 250 000 before you have norwegian plates on it because of ekstra taxes.

Well you learn to fight and call the dealer names and make them feel bad you know the stuff they try to do to you. I bought 3 trucks in 6months and traded the first 2 into dealer and never lost a dime and on one made a little money!!!

Never could find what I liked so had to flop around a bit! The first truck I traded was only 3 months old and had 20 k on it and the dealer was like oh man you are going to be upside down!! nope I wasnt!!

My 05 ram stickered for 40K and change I got it walk out the door for 32k TTL and everything even had them add on the longest extra warranty they had at the time to cover the goofy stuff.

You just have to find a dealer that is starving or needs to move inventory to make quota!!
