Thumbs up It's a GOOD day to own a CTD!!!

Just starting my morning off here in the motor pool @ the dealership and thought I'd share this with you guys/gals.

-A D-max got towed in last night, the owner shows up to check in driving a CTD for a work truck.
-Another D-max just limped in, got picked up/drove off in a CTD work truck.
-The day before yesterday a guy drove in, in a brand new C5500 with a D-max in it and was complaining about how small the intercooler was, and he was concerned about egts and towing. I agreed with him on how small it was! I told him what I drove and how BIGGER mine was then his. He agreed, you can't beat the Cummins!

It's a good day to own a CTD!

Have a glorious day Guys and Gals. Buckshot out!

No I wished I still my ps for the winters but I was a reatard and sold it, actually I have a 1992 Acura Vigor and it is really good in the snow. I hate driving my "good" truck during the winter, now obviously I will drive on nice days and such but no reason to get salt and crap all over it. Remember we salt our roads unlike you ididahoe ins.

Well you have one big problem you need to fling a 300 win mag it is alot eaisier then stick an arrow in the hole. My other buddy drew a roadless Bookcliffs tag this year which is pretty much once in a lifetime. Long story short we rode in 12 miles got camp ready saddled up to go out and a 6 point ran threw camp and when I say ran he almost scared the Edit out of my mule and we shot him. Now that is huntin, That place is like yellowstone dude elk are everywhere. Also when we where at the trailhead saddlin up there where 5 bucks one 4x5 feeding on the hay left behind I could have killed it with a rock.

I know. I quit rifle hunting 5 yrs ago. turned in to a dang horn hunter too and my kills have gone down, but I enjoy it so much more. surprised that you didn't crap yourself and then have the composure to drop him too makes for a good story. Nothin like packing into the high country with horses/mules or llahmas.

Well I am not the one who had the tag plus I was completly smashed so I just watched and laughed. I will agree with packin in I do it every weekend but I absolutly hate llamas them and goats are the devils work. I had a llama get mad at me one time and run threw a fence to get me, it was a 3 panel vinely(i can't spell that word) fence, my dogs went runnin in all different directions and I took off bookin for the barn scared the Edit out of me.

my bro inlaw has 10 of them, loves em, I am a mule man myself, they got GOOD character unlike the llahmas.

funny story, we would get along just fine in camp. our MT trip we took 30 cases of beer and can't remember how many gallons of booze for 8 people, some laughed and ask if we were even hunting. we hunted our tales off, but drank a lot from 10-1 and then napped and hit the woods again

Cool - we love to go out to the ranch, get tanked up on expensive beer and operate power tools in the shop, then we grab some firearms from the toolbox and start blasting...
