Industrial Injection Phat Shaft 66 Turbo

http://www.industrialinjection.com/

My last turbo purchase did not turn out as well as I wish it would have so I am back looking for another single turbo solution. Looking for any info I can on this turbo. I emailed them and got very little. I was told that this turbo would support 700HP plus, spools great, does not surge when towing, and is better than any other single on the market. They told me that they had a few running at MM this year. One on a 04.5 6 speed that made 529 with just a TST, cold air intake and 4" exhaust. The other was a 04.5 auto with injectors, cold air intake, 4" exhaust and a TST that ran 582! Anyone running one? I would love to get some feedback before I jump into another turbo that increases my egt's and only lasts 15 minutes...

Hmmm. Seems to good to be true. 529 with just a TST seems a little outrageous. That's like a 200+hp improvement. A single turbo that supports 700hp would be absolutely massive and would spool slower than molasses uphill in january.

that turbo looks like another S-300 varient, and could be about the same as the sledpuller 66 from Htt turbo because it could have the 66mm compressor, hence the name

I asked the question "Is this turbo like the HTTurbo.com sled puller 66? Looks about the same!"

They wrote back "I am familiar with the sled puller and it does not even come close!"

come on now... supports 700hp, spools great, and doesn't surge?

if you tell me it's some whooptie do variable nozzle deal, MAYBE, but all those companies are using the same Schwitzer parts to build those 300 variants... I assure you they didn't MAKE their own wheel... and being a 66mm minor, it can't be THAT much different...

When I talked to brady months ago when he was first building it, he told me the size of wheel and housings. It's so close to a sledpuller it's scary.

of course... because they're all using the same Schwitzer parts to build those turbos...
