Guilty of being a sucker. I figured JcW is quite credible right? I should at least get 1-2% gain, right? Well at least I only paid like $10 for it! (harbor freight)

Part got pulled off because it was causing more fuel consumption by making my car 1# heavier than what it was saving.

Maybe it didn't work because I didn't have one of those "Tornadoes" installed as well.
