Every 3750 (roughly) using Delo 400. Sometimes before, sometime a little after.... I'm probably switching to Amsoil on the next change and will run that about 12500 then change the filter and add a quart and run it up to 25000 before I dump it all and start fresh.

The Jeep, the Subaru, and the Neon (dino oil) get changed every 5000 miles (20, 25, 30, 35 and so on).
The truck with the system I have gets every 25k.
Sold my old 89 diesel at 142000 and ran the same oil in it for 4 1/2 years (60000 miles) and it is still running very well with well over 200k on it now.

I use the 200hr mark. Distance traveled varies greatly with the time of year.

I change my oil once a year, 7,000 to 8,500 depending on how many vacations I take. Amsoil all the way baby.

That proves another thing also. Most CDT owners don't have problems that you read on here also. Most just drive!

Based off what I've read from thsoe who have tested their oil, I think about it at 7500.. meaning it's anywhre between 7500-10,000 by the time it actually does get changed. Delvac1300 & stratapore filter.

5000 km's or 3000 miles faithfully. Actually I'm due this weekend.
And I also use POWER-UP diesel oil additive

10k is often enough. If it's 24 valve and stock, 15k wouldn't concern me. If I knew for sure that the owner was using quality synthetic and getting analysis done regularly, I would buy a truck that had NEVER had the oil changed since break-in.

Oil every 5K.

Both the Dealership and the owners manual say 3,000 miles,
so based on that, you don't have it listed in the poll.

I change mine about every 5k, I'd like to get a TP filter eventually though and bump intervals up pending oil analysis. The huge oil cooler on my MB holds a good deal of oil so this keeps the oil always looking dirty, I found it quite stunning that the CTD can keep it's oil looking semi clean for quite a few miles.
