General Diesel Discussion Talk about general diesel engines (theory, etc.) If it's about diesel, and it doesn't fit anywhere else, then put it right in here.

How do I get the white wax out of my black textured bumper?

Save your money boys a toothbrush and peanut or sesamie oil takes it right off. Best stuff I ever used!

Just rub a banana on the surfaces you want to protect, then while you're buffing out the Mother's and you ride up on the black - you'll smell like Pina Colada heaven!

But be warned, if you're **** about your autos the site can be very adictive.

I can't stand the look or the long term effects of silicone based "protectants" And I'm **** about my truck, It will get driven dirty before it will EVER go to a car wash or let somebody use an electric buffer on it. I took my last truck to the body shop for one little door ding that some RUDE person in a '75 Toyota put in it at the local WalMart.

before you put the peanut butter and banana on your truck, put a slice of bread down, then top off with another slice of bread!

I've used back to black and it does work well. I like to use baby oil or mineral oil on the black plastic on my truck. It shines very well and is alot cheaper than buying mothers of any other equivilant product. Just don't use it on your tires, i've been told it doesn't react well with rubber.

Don't they use full rotary electric buffers at body shops???

I've used a mild degreaser once and it came right off.

creamy peanut butter. just rub a little on and in a few minutes wipe it off EZ and if you get a little on the paint it won't matter does not take the wax off the paint.

works for me.

A quick spray of WD-40 works everytime. Just spray on and wipe off. The best thing about it is everyone has a can of WD-40 in the garage, so no special items needed.
