Has anyone used these tires?
I put a set of Mastercraft Courser LT235/80R17 tires on the rear of my drw 4x4 at the suggestion of my tire store (Strouhal) they thought I might get better tread life under the heavy loads. My problem is the rear of the truck feels mushy ( side to side like sidewall flex ) not a good feeling. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

Used to happen to me when i'd get new tires.. "tread squirm" is what we'd call it in the hi-po car world..
It should get better as the mold release scrubs off and the tires heat cycle a few times..
How long have you had 'em?

I just bought a set of Cooper ATR, 235 85 16 Load range E tires, and run 75 psi in them. Cooper being the parent company of Mastercraft. I had the exact...exact same thing you are speaking of. I asked my father-in-law (Cooper Regional Master Distributor) and he said, the same as above. With a few heat cycles, and scrub time, you wont notice it.
I no longer notice it in mine.

I had the same problem with a set of BFG T/As installed on my old pickup. Almost lost control of the truck pulling out of the tire dealer! Went down the street to a industrial area to heat cycled and scrub the tires.
