I know there are a lot of cell phone users out there that drive and talk at the same time. Let me tell you some of them can talk and drive at the same time. Me being one of them. I know this may sound arrogant, but I am one of the safest drivers on the road. Even if I'm talking on my cell phone. I do it a lot while driving...and dont hesitate whatsoever to call someone or answer the phone. I have had only one accident (someone rear-ended me while I was stopped at a stop sign) no tickets, never even been pulled over. I know we all have our dumb moments on the road....the ones that happen at the worst time are the ones that cause accidents....most of us, however, have been lucky...including myself. But the thing will cell phones...I would say most people just dont think about driving when they are talking...at least not as much as they should. I know when I am drivin' and talking on the cell...I think about driving mostly. And a lot of times I ignore the person I am talking to so I can pay attention to the road. That is just the way I drive...I even do it if someone is in my truck and talking to me.
Some people just dont belong on the road anyway...let alone talk on a phone while driving. But I do believe there are some that can do both safely.
