Got a SOOT Bath Today!
I had to run some airands today @ lunch, and I got back in the truck, roled down the windows, and fired the ole truck up and what to my surprise comes showing down upon me? SOOT! And lots of it. These flakes were the biggest that I've seen. So I'm sitting here @ work with SOOT speckles all over me.

I think you put the stack in wrong. Open end away from the window yeah that's the bad part, guy put stacks on and it rained, didn't have drains, oh yeah blew some nasty water all over his perty ford. I was laughing, he was *****d. I don't know what the big deal was

Ya this happens to me about every other start up I just keep my windows up, you should see my garage floor. But here is a story for you in my old 7.3 I had a single stack installed and when they did it they sawzalled off the pipe so it broke all that stuff loose. Well when I got in it I opened my back window and my sides it created a vaccum and my whole interior including me got powdercoated.

Yup. I'm glad that I work for a steam cleaning company otherwise my truck would be black on the inside. Whatever you do don't brush it off, it smears. Blow it off. It comes off a lot easier and with less mess.
