Fuel strainer ff5079 cross ref.

I am looking to change out the fuel strainer in my fuel system. I do however feel like not paying 16.00 for one. I looked and cross referenced a few. Wix 33270, Napa 3270, & baldwin bf1173. Do these all have the same capabilities as far as filtering? I can pick the others up for 2/3 less than the fleetguard filter. Any one have some suggestions.

I buy mine at the local kenworth/cummins dealer for about 6 bucks each. Might want to try that

You would have to look up each filter to see if it hold as much dirt and water or what the micron rating is when compared to the Fleetguard filter. Just because you cross referenced it and it will fit does not mean its as good as the Fleetguard.
