Fuel prices WOW!
#31
Put 19 gallons in at $2.59 on Tuesday.
Went camping Thursday, drove by the same station, it was the same price.
Came back today, same station, now sitting at $2.75 a gallon.
Pretty sure that's the highest I've seen it.
Burned over a half a tank galavanting around the wilderness, so I'll be topping off before the week is over, even if I ride the scooter to work every day.

It's a fundamental problem. Like us paying the farmers not to plant so they don't flood the market and bottom out the price. I'm no econonmist, but I have to think that producing SOMETHING is more productive than producing NOTHING! Seem's like a no brainer?
I am with you, but what and when is going to help us outta the pickle we are about to be in with fuel prices?
The "won't be long" will likely be as long as 20 years from now if ever.
