......There are no stupid questions, only stupid people..type of deal wtih ford people at times.....The people out here swear by ford, but they usually end up with a chevy or GMC because their ford is in the shop, you would think that might say something...people are dense. So why bother at times...

Wait a second...
Seriously- I thought that International-Harvester and Ford were the same?
Isn't Navistar part of International-Harvester? I know that Navistar is a division of Ford- isn't IH owned by Ford too?
Or are Navistar and IH totally seperate?

Maybe Cummins should own both Ford and GM.
That way they could produce trucks the same way that they rate gasoline;
Premium Grade= Dodge
Regular/ Unleaded = Ford
Cheap/ Unleaded= Chevy
That way if you had alot of money then you could have a Dodge like we do.
If you were kinda poor you could afford a Ford.
And if you just needed something cheap to drive you had a Chevy

It's NOT just the Ford salesmen,
I stopped by the Dodge dealer to get some codes cleared last Jan while I was having Tranny issues and was told by one of the "Crack" Salesmen
(or was that on crack, I can never keep that straight) that the new 06 Dodge would have a MB diesel and an Allison trans as Ford had bought Cummins.
