Do you really think that snake oil will improve my fuel economy?

Seriously, even if it does work, it would take a loooong time to pay for the initial investment. Don't think that I'll be trying it.

I did, kind of interesting if the dyno results play true in the real world.

Yeah. The publicity worked. I immediately went to check it out. If youre a hotshotter or run a million miles on a truck, it may be worth it.

I did and it sounds like I could get 50mpg from my VW TDI with it.. But fitch's website didnt show an application for my vehicle.. Not much room under the hood either..
The model for the Dodge CTD is pretty pricey...

Worked very well on my gasser car. Instantly notieable improvement in response, cut emissions by 2/3, and gave me 2 mpg.

Doesn't seem to do anything on my diesel truck, and I even bought the overpriced CTD-specific kit.

Save your money if you're getting it for a CTD, but I'd get it for any and all gassers I had.

My opinion on it is why would i want to place something in the fuel system that would impede flow for my vp44. Will Fitch pay for a new vp44 is it blocks fuel flow due to a defect or problem with it. Just my idea on the Snake oil canister.

Field and lab tested vehicles range from 5-12% in fuel savings.
I can get that result by changing the way I drive...

Less than $1.00 can help cut your fuel cost by up to 20%!!!

Use the old Apple trick... Accelerate and Decelerate with making the apple fall of the dash and you will probably save 15% or more in fuel.... Keep it at 65 or less and add another 5%....
And it only costs you $.50 for the apple!
You can send me the other $.50 for reminding you the common sense way to save fuel!

Hmmm, the public responses on the front are kinda strange to me. An Avalanche 2500 (?) is now able to get 12mpg??? I guess I haven't been keeping up with those SUTs.

According to Cummins Secrets of Better Fuel Economy the most efficient drivers get about 30% better fuel economy than the least efficient drivers.

If you have actually SEEN the canister, you'd know how completely unfounded is this concern.

That is a very interesting read. I believe the trailer that they used for this experiment is still behind the fuel systems plant in columbus Indiana. It is funny that they would write something like this up considering the amount of fuel that they use one a daily basis running tests on engines and running tests on the road. Besides the test drivers aren't easy on the trucks there either.

Hohn I have seen them and the concern i have is that you install it in the fuel line. So if it becomes blocked in any way you have sent your vp44 to vp44 heaven. I myself could not be comfortable with something else in the fuel lines to adding to my concern over the vp44 we all have.
