Dealer want $16,700.00

What is the deal with these trucks getting 2 to 3K more that book?

I'd offer them $15,000 dealers always inflate their price so they can make it seem like a deal for them to knock off a grand or so, maybe they'll come back with $15,500 and if you really like the truck try to get them to do an oil & filters change (oil, fuel, air) that way you'll know where your starting from. If they balk at that start to walk they'll probably follow you to your vehicle with anothe offer.

Nada guide seems pretty low ball on that. I wouldnt pay more than 14,500 or 15k since 99's suck (no flame intended) because 01 and 02 are the best years for the vp44 and no 53 block

If you really like it offer 15k and dont go higher than 15,500
