I do mine each time I wash the truck (about 2x per week).<br><br>It is easy to pop the hood and do the car wash &quot;presoak&quot; cycle and then lower the hood and do the truck...then go to the &quot;rinse&quot; cycle and first do the engine at low pressure then lower the hood and close it and do the rest of the truck.<br><br>What I do is go there with a cold engine (about 1/4 mile drive from home). I do not &quot;flood&quot; the engine and try to clean it...just simply rinse it thoroughly.

 

Twice a week? That seems a little extreme to me. I wash mine maybe once a week. Takes me about 3 hours to do though.

U people must have nothing better to do.. My god 2 times a week. I am lucky if i can work it in once a month... Try my hardest to make sure I get it done ever 6 months...
