Dually Max Tire size
What tire size can I get away with on my 1999 4x4 dually without having any clearance problems with them. The 235/85-16's on this truck just look small and they don't seem to like the mud, ice and snow around here. Will 255/85-16's work, or should I start making spacers for the rear tires so they don't rub together. Thanks for any info on this.

im running 255's. however your rims have less offset than mine. But i think you will probably be able to clear them..
i dont know why everybody is so worried about them rubbing. My next set (which ill need real quick...) will be 265's or 285's. I dont care if they rub.... a set of tires only lasts me about 8k miles.
