DTR TOM Poll Feb 2007
January is half-way gone, and it's been abnormally warm for some parts of the country.........and record snowfalls and record setting rain in others.
Weeeeird weather.
Its given some of us a couple more weeks to get our rides waxed up before Old Man Winter dumps on us.
I know I've been able to get some much delayed maintenance items crossed off due to the beeeeautiful sunny weather we've been having on the East Coast.
Time to pick the February winner of the DTR Truck Of the Month.
Judging by the activity in the galleries, some are FINALLY posting up some pics of their rides.
Other members galleries still contain nothing but cobwebs.
Y'all need to get some pics of your ride posted in your gallery, because that's where we surf every month looking for TOM candidates.
You can't win one of Keith Livingstone's sweet Winner's Plaques if we can't see your truck.

We searched for basic 1st Genners this month and found three for you to choose from.
We know you'll pick us a good one.
There will be a Poll posted on the 15th of the month showing three thumbnail pics of the chosen trucks. By clicking on the thumbnail,,, you will see a larger picture of the truck. The owner's name will also be a link to their Profile Page where you can see the Truck Mods they have listed and also the link to their Gallery.
*NOTE* Now would be a good time to go into your profiles and make sure you have your Truck Mods listed. You can do this by clicking at the top of the page and then Edit Profile to put your info in. Nominees are chosen by the TOM committee based on category for that month and forum participation.
The winner of the poll will be posted as the Truck of the Month in the General Diesel section on the 1st of the following month, at which time we will send a PM/email notifying them and asking for their info so they can receive their plaque from Keith Livingstone of Forest City Diesel (our TOM sponsor, and the creator & supplier of those beautiful plaques). Big THANKS to Keith

I had to vote for DJ too. Very sharp looking truck!
All the trucks are really sharp.
But I just want to comment, that I think it is unfair to the other 2 to be put in the same group with a 4x4 truck. If you have 3 somewhat equal trucks and one is a 4x4 it is always going to get more votes. They just look better. Not knocking the others at all, but you really need to compare those trucks to equal 2x4 trucks, imo.
See this thread.... https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...d.php?t=132077
No offense Shovelhead....I appreciate you putting the work you do into this every month. But 4x4s need to be compared to other 4x4s.

Why is DBF's linked to twice? That isn't fair...
I call corruption! Bribery! Illegal pay offs! Impeachable offenses at the highest level!!!
Here is Charles C. Stan's profile.
I vote for Stan's because he's been there and done that, and he isn't trying to rig the election...
