No........ GM has a 5year 100k mile powertrain warranty on all new Chevy vehicles.. They have increased their powertrain warranty for 3/36k to 5/100k.

Dodge has dropped their powertrain warranty all together, except for Diesel Motors.

And what does that have to do with anything? The discussion is about Dodge dropping their 7/70k powertrain warrenty... Not Duramax is bad...

That's just it. Dodge obviously no longer has faith that their product will last through the former warranty period.
