Diesel price dropped!

Filled up day before yesterday at $2.399 (probably have a post further up)
Going home from work yesterday it is up to $2.469.
I think I saw $2.50 last year right before it started going down for spring.
Job list for this weekend is to pull the motorcycle out, if the weather cooperates.

Alberta diesel
After reading this post I thought the 81.9 cents/liter I was paying wasn't so bad. But we're headed to Idaho, Washington, Oregon camping so I started to worry. Then I did the conversions...liters to US gallons...Cdn dollar to US dollar...crap...$2.53/gallon! I'm not paying any less in Alberta so why worry. All this while one petroleum company CEO in Calgary made $92,000,000 last year!!!

I was in Caracas this week. Actually in LaGuaira doing a bit of billfishing. The price the boats pay is $0.05/liter. That's 20 cents a gallon! If the political climate wasn't so desperate, I'd consider moving there.

Fishing was GREAT!!! Five blues in baits, cast to three, hooked and boated one!
And, tons of sailfish. I tried figuring out how to barge a load of 2D up Norte, but customs would probably frown on it.
