Thumbs up Dec 2004 JD Power and Associates

This subject news letter states that Dodge Ram is the "highest ranking heavy duty, full-sized pickup" for 2004 -- but we already new that!

Well, I heard the new Super Duty is raising the bar. Built in brake controls from the factory and on and on. They still don't have an engine though.

Buddy at work just got an 05 F-350, four door, dually. It is a nice looking truck, probably the best looking PSD they've come out with yet,,,,,, but it still seems like you read about a bunch of unhappy owners over on the diesel stop forum boards. All the great looks in the world ain't gonna mean a thing if it leaves ya standing beside the road! I think I can trust my Buddy to be straight with me on how the truck is performing. He bought it for towing a big boat and he also is getting a 5er that he may pull from time to time. For his sake I hope he got a good one. I thought I had him talked into a Ram,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,, but he's a Ford die-hard. Time will tell,,,,,,,,,,

I did notice that Dad had a new Ram brochure laying on the table when I was over there yesterday,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I think he just might be getting ready to trade that 00 V-10 Ram in on a DIESEL!
