I stop driving big trucks about 3 years ago and the shiter on all mine was about hip level, now I help my Dad on his coal truck and his darn shifter is about chin level and I hate it,might be diffrent when you got only 5-6 gears but go though 10 of them over 600 miles and it gets old fast being that high, trust me.

I got this off my grandpa's good-ol 86', which is mine now. I know it isn't a full shifter assembly, but its a start.

Know anyone at the local bar or beer distributor, tap handles work great and look cool and you can pick your favorite beer. the live .44 rounds is a good idea, always nice to have some extras right in your hand.

A buddy of mine has a budlight tap on his but its a foot long and sticks up pretty high, too high for me. Add a shortshifter and it would work good.

if i dont get a 2wd 6-speed 24 valve in the future i am throwing a 5600 w/ a gear vendors in mine and converting it to a dually and putting 5.13 gears in it, that splitter switch would be great for the gear vendors unit, especially when pulling loads.

The switches on the Eaton gear shift are air not electric. Never used a gear splitter so I don't know what it uses.

if you grab it with both hands and turn left it should come right off. this is how i did it and it wont mess up your old shift ***.

Personally, I like the look of the B&M T handle on the shifter.
