CAT 278 tracked skid steer

I have a CAT 278 tracked skid steer. I noticed the controls(joysticks) seem like they have a little more resistance to turn the machine and use the bucket. Do the joysticks have any type of adjustments? Do they have some type of electrical contact points that can be cleaned?

Thanks in advanced.

Whats the serial number prefix of the machine and how many hours on it? Chances are some dirt has found its way into the controls and made them a little stiffer.
