Can anyone ever actually get ahold of anyone at Edge?
I've been trying for the past two days to get ahold of someone in the tech department... is there a secret? I've e-mailed twice in the past few weeks, waited on hold for my entire lunch hour yesterday and left two voicemail messages in the past two days and am still waiting to hear back. The only response I've gotten is to my 2nd e-mail, the person basically told me to call their tech line... where I'm always on hold.
Just venting I guess, pay 700 bucks for an edge juice w/attitude and then get non-responsive tech support when it doesn't act the way it's supposed to. I guess I can understand if they're busy, just seems like maybe a call back or e-mail to say hey we know, we'll get ahold of you soon would be helpful.
Then again, maybe I'm just being an impatient twit.

I never had a problem when I was dealing with them. Now that MSD bought the company, things might have changed.
I feel for you though. It sucks that you have to jump threw hoops when you just dropped a chunk of change on someone's product just to get an answer.
