Best dealer in Dallas / Ft Worth to deal with all my 6.7 issues?

Hello,

I have dealt with one dealer near me off of I-35. I have been in there several times to deal with one of five engine lights on my 6.7.. Their attitude ALL THE TIME is that im bothering them and why am I there... I’m just getting tired of the attitude at this dealer. I have had the opportunity to visit several dealers across the country with this same problem and some are GREAT and some are really bad...

I’m looking for a dealer that somewhat cares that your there. And a good diesel tech. Any suggestions? Also, I have the "business link' card from Dodge, should this get me in a little quicker or is this junk? THANK YOU !

Allen Samuels has always treated me real well. Not sure if you have been there or talking about this dealer. My first experience with them was bad and i complained to the manager about the service and when i take my truck in there they usually jump on it pretty quick and give me a call to tell whats wrong and if they need to replace anything or if i want to do it myself.. Never tried out Longhorn Dodge but one time when i droped my truck off for warranty work and it sat in the back for one week before they even thought about looking at it. So i had a wrecker get it and gave Allen Samuels a chance and they treated me right.

Have you looked at longhorn dodge?

Or is that the one that you are talking about?

I just had to deal with Alan Samuels a couple of weeks ago, and I won't do it again. They had a lame excuse for what my problem was because they didn't want to do the proper research. Oh well. Lesson learned. I was warned before I went there.

I've been wandering if Manuel Dodge would be any good. They're obviously into diesel performance, so I wander if they let some things slide?

I bought my truck at Manual in '99, and didn't have much luck with them. I haven't been back there except to buy parts in a few years. They may be different now.

I've had my best luck at Hoyte in Sherman. They seem pretty knowledgable and will usually listen when you talk. Give them a call and run your problems by them.

Allen Samuels is the reason we call Stealerships just that, or just Satan for short.

Longhorn Dodge has never given me problems. They've always been quick to help me with anything and they've been timely.

Manuel used to be good I'm told, like 10 years ago. I hear buying a truck is great from them, but if you ever have to bring it back for service, is a whole nother story.

Basically the best I can say is, find the lesser of two evils and stick with 'em. In the automotive business, thats normally what you must do.

Allan Samuals on 35 has done a lot of warranty work on my 04. The only problem I have had was the time it took for them to get the jobs finished. The last time I brought my truck down there it was for a drivel shaft ujoint replacement. It was making a noise in reverse. They replaced both ujoints AND the drive shaft. I was impressed. Now for the other Allen Samuals off 820, I don't know about their shop service but if you need to buy a new truck, ask for Joe Barbosa in sales.

Allen Samuels are a bunch if rude and lazy people. Would never take another vehicle to them. I really like Longhorn Dodge alot and have never had one problem with them and they always get my truck ready if it really has to be done quick. I had a pinion seal go bad on one truck i had and A.S. told me that i had to leave the truck and it would be 3 days to fix. I had the extended warranty and they told me that i could not have a rent car. I told them my extended warranty covers rent car and they said they dont care and if i wanted my truck fixed i had to either walk or call someone to get me. I told them they could pay to tow me when it breaks down on the side of the road. Took truck to longhorn. Took them 30 minutes to look at and they told me it would be a few days till they could get to it and that my rent car was already on its way. Thats customer service and they have has my service from that day one. I would recommend them to anyone.
