Bad Fuel in the Bad Lands

Bad Fuel in the Bad Lands
My brother and a few friends went to Sturgis, South Dakota last summer. They all had diesel trucks and all of them had fuel problems. When stopped at a shop to buy a new fuel filter, the mechanic told him the gasoline and the diesel fuel was contaminated in S. Dakota and he was replacing fuel pumps by the dozen. I’m planning on going through there this summer and wanted to know if anyone else had heard this.

Maybe they'll have it all sucked out by then, just stay awake and don't hit all the abans along the shoulder of the road.

You can always use the "Poor Man's Aux. Fuel Tank"<br><br>I carry anywhere from two to four 5 gal cans of diesel fuel when on a road trip.<br>Helps me to bypass those fuel prices and [undecided] looking areas.
