Any Dodge employees here that can run a VIN check?
I'm looking at a super low mileage 08 ST truck and I'd sure like to know if it was a problem truck even though I know how to eliminate the problems now. Please PM me if you can do this. It has a clean CARFAX but that doesn't always give the whole service history...

the carfax should give you the whole service history

Only if it was serviced by someone who reports to carfax. If work was done by the owner, nothing will show up on carfax.

I've seen dealership VIN checks show more info than the CARFAX report does.

We should have that hook up here. I have a friend who posted his GM VIN on the Dieselplace and in minutes he had a full detailed file from the dealer with all recalls etc.

Can we do that or would that certain person get themselves into trouble.

I have a friend here who used to be able to hook me up but the tough economic times changed all that.....
