I have a 05 ctd 6spd, 373gears , 315tires .I currently have an airaid jr kit, which consist of a replacement panel filter and a silencer tube replacement. is it worth installing the cone style air filter for fuel mileage and performance over what I already have? I spend most of my time at 1700-2200rpms. and I also have the ez box on the truck.with fuel hiting $3.19 a gallon I was looking to do what I can since I drive 300 miles a week for work and another 400 a week if I go to the lake. the truck is 2 years old and I already have over 70.000 on it.
