6.7 cummins 2010 compliant-without urea?

i frequently check out other diesels sites to see what is going on-right now on the ford site- many psd owners swear up and down that the 6.7 engine will not meet the 2010 emission requirements without the use of scr urea. i have seen many little articles saying the 6.7 is 2010 compliant (the only one out of the big three) i have searched the net and can not find any articles saying the 6.7 is 2010 compliant without the use of urea. anybody point me in the right direction? so i can post it on the ford site! thanks

If they aren't 2010 compliant, then DC is going to have a whale of a lot of explaining to do.

They say 2010 compliant right on the sticker in the window.

Take everything you read on the Ford sites with a grain of salt, especially when it involves Dodge.
