off course that would be a diesel engine, self igniting under pressure.![Wink](https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
a tip for diesel owners: put a little whiskey (or something) in the tank with the diesel, it increase the power a bit.
Now...maybe Im not right in the head
but that doesnt seem right to me.

Now...I build traditional hot rods and customs. Much like they REALLY did back in the 40's-early 60's. Period correct, no parts newer than what was available back then. Not this mainstream "rat rod" stuff that's been hacked up and thrown together using junk parts from various makes & models in the attempt to acheive the 'look' of a traditional rod and built by someone with minimal fabrication & mechanical skills.
I appreciate the time the guy put into keeping some old tin on the road, but look at his neighborhood...big fancy houses, cul-d-sac, nice new cars in the driveway. This guy just has more money than sense.
I also like Cummins engines, and anything powered by a Cummins engine. But I think this crosses the line for me.
I'm just about fed up with the whole 'rat rod' craze. It will soon pass like every other fad. If you can't build it right...don't build it.
My $.02
