ive read all about these two and just cant decide. i want to make about 500 hp and want the cheaper of 2 motors to get there. i can only spend about 10000 to 11000 on a truck. i also dont know if to go with auto or manual. i want the truck to get up and go. not gonna use for pullin. any ideas?

If you can find a decent 12v for the right money alot of people would say go with that but i love my 24v. If you dont have the money to spend on a built auto a would go with a manual, you can get a good clutch alot cheaper than a built tranny. If you find a 24v crawl under the front drivers side and look under the injector pump and make sure it doesnt have a 53 stamped into the block.
