It's out of a Ford medium duty. If you look on top of the #2 rocker cover you can even see the edge of the Ford blue oval badge Bearkiller mentioned.

As usual the veterans on this site had the ID covered on the engine.

It came out of a 1997/8 F550; the engine says 97. It's strange looking at a Cummins and have the plate say "made for Ford".

It is a 190 HP; HX35W on the turbo. Didn't take my camera, so don't have any addtional pics.

He also has the Turbo, but I imagine that sucker must be quite large.

I'm not sure if the front will have to be reworked to fit our trucks; the fan on there right now is huge.

It does mount differently at the front and at the back than out trucks, so I'll have to hunt for parts.

 

All you need is the normal pieces to bolt it into a 1st gen Dodge. All the bolt holes are there.

The HX-35 is not really any different than what's on a Dodge. Probably a 14 cm wastegated turbine housing.

 

I'd pick it up. I got my '94 12v/NV4500 for those prices.
