Dodge Expanding Use of Biodiesel

I found that dodge will allow the use of B20 in the 2007 Cummins as long as it meets military specs.

As long as it isn't some guy in an alley or homemade -- BD available at the pump is up to military specs.
Probably wouldn't help you at all on a warranty claim unless you have a fleet vehicle though.
