Biodiesel price observation.....confused

I live in northern IN about 12 miles from the largest soybean biodiesel plant in the country but it is not found at many stations around here. there is a Pilot not too far away that has B5 and it's usually 10-15 cents cheaper than others selling straight #2.
I found a Co op about 50 miles from home that has 24/7 unattended fueling. They offer B2 and B20. I thought I'd try some yesterday and found that B2 was $4.30/gal. B20 was $4.50/gal. Straight #2 at other stations is about $4.20.
I thought bio was suppose to be less expensive?? Am I wrong or is this Co op out of line?

What bio I've purchased has always been more that #2.
I think they charge more because the greenies will pay anything to seemingly avoid fossil fuels.
