I had the truck in mothballs most of thr winter. I did fix my blower motor and then the heater core. I had to have a custom one made at a radiator shop because no one makes one for a non AC truck. Vintage Air is still on the list of things to do, its just farther toward the back of the list.

Thanks guys. It turned into way more work than I planned, but what project doesn't?
Oliver, I'm thinking I'll take you up on that IPA. I was just looking at the fairgrounds website, I have til the 10th to get my gate and go.
For now I tossed in an ECCO EW2102 led work light, cheap and easy to find. I have them wired into the low beams and use them for fog lights.

I haven't posted lately, but the work hasn't stopped. I l always liked cab lights, so I decided to add a set last spring. I wanted something that looked like the early '70s cab lights, not the later torpedo style. So after a few hours of measuring and mocking things up I got it done.

Keeping documentation on progress moving...
I decided to address the surface rust on the roof, and because I can't paint match the lacquer red, I decided to go with a flat refrigerator white.

I also decided to reroute the exhaust from in front of the right rear tire to behind it, where it belongs. I used a Diamond Eye 2nd gen tailpipe and some welding wire to make it all work out. It is so much quieter in the cab now.
