Updates on pulls in eastern NC at Newland
#46
Man, I wouldn't mind trying one of these pulls. I guess it's hard for me to justify coming down there when I've got one in my back yard in East Bend. I may just have to try a hook up here. Hope I've got enough clutch....I'm sure Tim is getting tired of putting them in my truck. I think I own stock in South Bend Clutch now.....lol.

This deals with Dennis and also Jerry Wright. This is all that I've heard though Chet, not real sure on what is going to happen. I will send you a PM with my opinions on it.
I think it is going to be hard to get a public type event(not an invitation type event like Ryan's birthday party). If you talk to Dennis or even Amanda's dad Lonnie, they used to have a big mud bog set-up in the area. It was stopped by the cops after a few things happened, one mainly is that a woman did not get out of Dennis' way at the end of the bog, and got run over. That, basically, killed mud bogs in Currituck County. Drag racing did the same thing there-a few people got hurt, so they outlawed it in the county.
Currituck has something like 80 cops or more, so they should be able to police it well.
