Memorial day weekend Truck pull Saturday 27th.
Location Jackson County WV fairgrounds at Cottageville WV- Rt. 33 7 mile off of Exit 145 Ripley and 15 miles off Exit 146 Ravenswood Silverton.
5.00 to get 5 and under free.
25.00 entry fee. Payouts-not sure yet.
3 classes of diesel
1. Pure Street 8000
2. Super Street 8000
-Reese hitch
-Stock charger
-torque plates allowed
-1 box allowed (no stacking)
-no NOS
-no hanging weight
3. HOT Diesel 8000
-stock chasis (1 ton limit)
-stock block (example no DT 466 motors)
-After that pretty much anything goes
The truck pulls start at 6:00pm
There is 3 classes of gas trucks also
The tractors start at 10:30 am
Great track. Great elevated seating on hillside - bring lawn chairs

This same venue had between 25-30 diesel trucks three different times last year.
For diesel only we are expecting between the same.
There should be 10 Hot only trucks out of those. So 15-20 400horse and under.
But you can pull in the Hot class if you want - should be a good showdown between a McKee truck, Vannest truck and Pendely. But sometimes they break so alot of times a super street will place in the Hot.
Hopping for 10-15 in street and the same in Super street.
You would bring both wouldnt you?

 

I forgot to say that the diesel and gas truck classes are usually mixed in with each other such as 8000 street diesel then a 6500 gas then another diesel-ect....
