Just about 100 in my '93. Felt like 200 MPH in that piece of junk . I'm too scared to go any faster.

I don't know how big your stock tires were, but if they were 29.5" then you were going about 130 mph. Do you have the numbers for your new and stock tires? For example: 315/75/17

On the BMW motorcycle forums, only GPS or (for the unfortunate) radar/laser readouts count!

Can't wait to take it to my folks' house there is a 10 mile straight of way that I want send it screeming down

Did get clocked by a GSP (little boy blue ) going 130 in a Mercedes 300D LUCKILY his grandfather was a customer of mine when I was doing farrier work . his grand father's mules got shod and trimmed for free as long as he was alive after that.

The 07 has been pushed down to 100 down hill @ 3000 miles to "help settle" everthing in

I pegged the 150 mph speedometer on a 1989 XJ-12 on a dry lake bed once.

Kind of boring doing it on a dry lake bed...

If we aren't limited to CTDs, I had my '66 plymouth pushing 140. The slant 6 was SCREAMIN' like crazy but it had more to go. Only thing that slowed me down (the drums on all 4 corners weren't gonna do much) was the fact that I was out of road. Not that and road in AK is suitible for more that 70. I figure I am lucky to have survied my own youthful stupidity with only minimal scaring!
