Yeah, I think there better. There are times I definitely would have pulled better or could have used the traction from dually wheels.

Leave them on! Duallys always seem to me like they pull better than single wheels.

lol pulls were last night. i took the outside dual off but now i realize i shoulda left em on. So if ya pull with a dually, LEAVE THE DUALLS ON. or even better yet, get a single heavy lug tire. like im going to do.......

Careful with that. I have aggressive M/S Tires for my dually....you'd best be able to spin them. If you can't...your aggressive single can get you the same place it got me.....Broken parts!

I went 248 before the front driveshaft let go. If you go with the aggressive tires....you had better have LOTS of power to turn them. I dont' know if you made it down to IRP this year, but even the big boys had problems running the aggressive tires on that track! I'm seriously thinknig about getting another set of wheels and tires with an A/T type tread (Yokohama Geolander A/T's maybe) for tracks like that. The MT's (Kuhmo Venture M/T) will work great on loose tracks, but there are times when the aggressive tires will get you trouble!

What would happen if you aired down one set and kept one set up??? Maybe like 60 PSI in the inners and 25 PSI in the outers??? This would make the inside ones work real hard and have a higher pressure contact patch, but when they started to loose traction the lower pressure tires would help extend the contact patch and might pull you alittle further????

??????

I don't know, I don't own a duelly.... but it would be a neat exeperiment and if it worked... then a great secret.

If I had pull a set, to guess I would pull the inside tires since the outside ones would be running on fresh ground instead of trailing in the loose tracks the front tires just created...
