Ahh...I see the 4x4.
You may also have to deal with Dodges Tq Mgmt program that defuels when too much torque is being read w/o any movement. Not sure if 99's had this tranny protection feature but it prevents building boost on the line...pre launch.

Even without building boost...you should be well under 15.0 sec. with the above.

Nope, Don't have to deal with torque management or speed limiters on a 99.

More fuel pressure at WOT.
What are you EGT and Boost numbers?
I assume you have gauges since you know the fuel pressure at WOT.

Have you fiddled with your wastegate? Did you install the little brass elbow that came with the Juice? How much boost are you seeing on the attitude monitor?

I would not trust the edge monitor for 1/4 mile times. I have not seen a monitor that is eeven close with 1/4 mile times. My outlook monitor says I ru a 16.8 at 95 mph. Which isn't even close at all. I have also raced an 2004 mustang GT and am Right at his door.

There are two or three safe choices out there today. You need to do your homework and find what works well for you. Do a search... lots of good solid info around, even ignoring all the "I love mine".... "so and so is great to deal with" comments
Good place to start is HERE

If your tranny is still working properly this should get you another second or so...

Torque Convertor
Valve Body
SMARTY
FASS or Holley Blue Fuel Pump & Big Line Kit

I gained over a second with the SMARTY alone! (thanks Brad)

In my opinion, your tranny will be the next thing you do weather you want to or not haha. Dodge auto's cant stand much power.

Exactly what I was going to say!

You can't go by the monitor for TRUE 1/4 mile times because it is not accurate.Go to the dragstrip and see what's up...I'll bet you are faster than you think.

yeah even beefing up the tranny can increase you ET. cause it allows for the power to be delivered faster, get a good triple disc torque converter. and some nice clutches kevlar bands and all that good stuff
