Ok kinda new here to the board. and a question like this has prob been asked a million times But if anyone could give me some good pointers on pulling it would be here with you guys . I have an 02 quad cab short bed 4x4 6spd and edge ez leveling kit 315 all terrains w/ 355 gears and 4 " straight pipe with 124000 on her. Now my question is from what i hear 4 lo 3rd gear when I start? Hows will my STOCK clutch hold up? and should i be ok pretty much. It may hold but I doubt it. ive seen plenty of stock clutches hold on the street but the sled is very heavy. I would wait until you get an aftermarket one first personally

If you fry it, it would be a good excuse to get the aftermarket one... "Honey... the clutch went out and I don't know why...I was just driving along..."

Does the stock clutch have 124K on it. If so you may be pushing your luck. I'd still try it. Go with 3rd low, but do NOT slip the clutch. Start off easy. You're not going to win, but you'll get a feel for it. Maybe you'll like it, maybe you wont.
