FYI to those who aren't DHRA members...
I'm still on the fence about going...
DieselPower! Sled Pulling Series
All participants in DHRA sled pulls must be a DHRA member. If you do not join in advance, your first hook fee will be $45 and will include a membership.
Hook fees for the 2007 season will be $30.
Members who wish to compete for the season championship must purchase a competition endorsement for each desired class; the cost is $150 per endorsement. The endorsement is valid for the 2007 pulling season only.

There's so much more I want to do to the truck yet to feel competitive. It'll be a great event to even watch, but I'm afraid my truck is still a bit lacking to be running at that level. We'll see though, I might just say what the heck and go for it.

I emailed Gene Mohney on the DHRA website and he said it started at 6:00. Thats where I got my info, I may be wrond though. Can someone tell me how to get to where it is? (ie: in town?)
